Next, we move into interior design. Through an in-depth meeting, we explore your style, preferences, and how you want your home to feel. We guide you through selections for finishes, colours, and materials, ensuring everything aligns with your vision.

Interior Design – Presentation
We present the complete interior design concept, including material samples and visual references. This step brings cohesion to every interior detail and allows you to see how all elements come together before construction begins.

Breaking Ground
With designs finalized and approvals in place, construction begins. This milestone marks the transition from planning to reality, as your custom home starts to take physical form.

Walkthroughs & Progress Updates
Throughout the build, we keep you informed with regular walkthroughs and updates. Our team closely oversees each stage of construction to ensure quality, precision, and alignment with the approved designs.

Possession
On possession day, we complete a final walkthrough together to ensure every detail meets our standards—and yours. Keys are handed over, and your Granity home is officially yours. Our team remains available for support as you settle in.
